I made a few bone tools about a year ago using elk bone and pieces of cow rib bone.   Pictured are small bone ornaments, needles, awls and a harpoon point with dogbane cordage.

  1. What did you use to shape/smooth the edges? Sandstone.

  2. Meant to have a “?” at the end of above sentence 🙂

  3. I used a concrete block to shape it, then a piece of sandstone to smooth it.
